Stylistaa - Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Stylistaa! We strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms and conditions.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must provide:
- A 360° unboxing video showing the unopened package.
- A clear photo of the shipping label.
- A photo of the product, including the inner packaging and tags.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged items or size-related issues.
- Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
2.2 Exchange Charges:
- A ₹199 exchange charge applies to all exchanges, including size-related ones.
2.3 Exchange Process:

- Share the required proof (unboxing video, label, and product images).
- Once approved, return the product to our address.
- After verification, we will dispatch the replacement.
3. Refund Policy
We offer two refund options:
3.1 Refund in Store Credit (No Charges)
- If you opt for store credit, we will provide a full refund with no deductions.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on Stylistaa.
3.2 Refund to Bank Account (Charges Apply)
- If you prefer a refund to your bank account, a ₹299 handling and shipping charge will be deducted.
3.3 Return Shipping & Refund Charges:
- If our courier service picks up the return, the ₹299 charge applies.
- If a third-party courier is unavailable, and you ship the return yourself, the refund processing charge is ₹199.
3.4 Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds in store credit are processed immediately after return approval.
- Refunds to bank accounts will take 36-72 business hours after we receive the returned parcel.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the issue is due to our error.
4.2 Exchange Shipping Costs:
- Customers must pay ₹199 for exchange shipping.
5. Order Cancellation
5.1 Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
- Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
